I wanted to blend family connection with learning objectives to make an activity for my kindy aged daughter for several reasons:
- We all need to stay connected with loved ones during difficult times
- Children are internally motivated to learn when the topic is relevant to them.
- Learning happens beyond generic worksheets and seated desks.

If you don’t have access to a printer you can easily write out the numbers yourself on some paper, or use chalk to turn your driveway or wall into an age chart.
